2. Intellectual Property Rights
All source code, canvas engines, vector duck designs, audio synthesizers, and branding associated with Duck Dash Jump are the proprietary intellectual property of Duck Dash Jump Studio.
3. Permitted Web App Usage
Duck Dash Jump is provided free of charge for personal entertainment on all compatible desktop and mobile web browsers. Reverse engineering or unauthorized redistribution of core game assets without permission is strictly prohibited.
4. Offline Availability & Service Disclaimer
While the Web App provides 100% offline gameplay via Service Worker caching, all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted service.
